At Glimvera, we strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
• If you no longer wish to keep the product, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).

3. Customized or Personalized Products

• Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

4. Cancellation by Glimvera

Glimvera reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

• Product is out of stock.
• Pricing or product information error.
• Suspected fraudulent transaction.
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information.
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded. Indian e-commerce rules generally require transparency in cancellations and refunds.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, though actual credit timelines depend on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require a refund if cancelled before shipment.
