1. Easy Return Policy

We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To ensure a fair and secure process, please note the following steps:

Return Eligibility

  • You must send us an uncut video of the courier opening as proof.
  • The video should clearly show the outer packaging, product unboxing, and any defect or issue.
  • The request for return must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product should be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

If all the above conditions are met, your return will be accepted without any hassle.


2. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at glimvera23@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Attach the uncut courier opening video and mention your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify the video and approve your return request.
  4. Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup details or address (based on your location).

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
You will be notified by email or SMS once the refund is processed.


4. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and quality, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:

  • Earrings or nose pins (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products purchased during clearance or “Final Sale” offers

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Exchange Option

If the same product is available in stock, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund (optional, based on customer preference).
